Last weekend, a number of camera crews covering the Pacific Highway border crossing protest, south of Vancouver, were swarmed, jostled, yelled at and spit on - one of many such incidents that's happened across the country over the last few weeks that is changing the way journalists are doing their jobs in an effort to "blend in" where possible.
In Metro Vancouver, ongoing protests have also been coming to the media outlets themselves, with rotating "Media is the Virus" rallies held outside CTV, Global, CBC and Citytv.
