Since 2002, Amy has been a key player in the food industry and the business world. She has worked for two of Canada's largest health food distributors, engaged in various entrepreneurial adventures, and gained extensive knowledge in both the health food and HABA (health and beauty aids) channels. Her roles have included assisting in the operation of a gluten-free manufacturing company with responsibilities in purchasing, sales, and brand management, and contributing to the success of the fastest-growing brokerage in Canada before striking out on her own.

With a wealth of experience in the business and mindset coaching space, Amy is a true advocate for personal and professional growth. Her journey reflects a commitment to innovation, excellence, and the pursuit of health and wellness.

Now, Amy has come full circle and recently launched her own company, Elevation Brands, with a mission to help grow food and beauty companies. Through Elevation Brands, she combines her extensive industry experience and passion for health and wellness to drive the success of businesses committed to making a positive impact.
