'Tis the season for hot chocolate presents, and quality family time - it’s also the season for large family gatherings, schedule conflicts, and shopping madness. While this is my favorite time of the year, but it’s also one of the most stressful.     In today’s episode, I’m sharing all the ways we can beat the holiday stress, be excellent moms and still make time for our own needs and desires. While you might feel like stress is just part of the package, in reality, it does not help at all. What stress ultimately ends up doing is working against us rather than working with us.
