What is the rush? I'm serious. Why are you rushing today and where are you rushing to? Even if you're listening to this podcast right now, I know you're probably doing one, two, maybe three other things at the same time. I see you, Mama, you know why?...

What is the rush? I'm serious. Why are you rushing today and where are you rushing to? Even if you're listening to this podcast right now, I know you're probably doing one, two, maybe three other things at the same time. I see you, Mama, you know why? I am the exact same way. I'm always rushing minute to minute to minute, but I want to ask us why. What's the rush? We're not on some deadline and there's nobody clocking us or keeping scorekeeping pace, right. Really the only race we’re in is the one against ourselves and let me tell you, this race is not worth it.    In today’s episode, I talk about how this personal rat race is not going to benefit us in the long run. I speak on why doing a million things at once actually puts you at risk for not being a safe mom, rethinking what busy actually looks like, you actually have more control over your time than you think and why joyful should be the default not stressful.    In this episode, we cover:
