The main point of my platform and my purpose is to help you to stop turning outward for validation and self-worth. My goal is to help you filter out some of the external noise so that at the end of the day, the voice you hear and the one you trust the most, is your own. In today’s episode, I am talking about how to stop worrying about what others think about you! It’s easier said than done, but trust me when I say most people are more worried about their own selves than they are about you. During the episode, I share the importance of tuning into your own self, how caring about what others think really limits you, and moving beyond the comfort zone of relying on others to increase your self-worth. In this episode, we cover:
- Not worrying about what others think [1:23]
- Learning to trust yourself [4:59]
- Basing your own mood on what others think of you [10:05]
- Leaving the comfort zone and relying on yourself is hard work [14:41]
- How to not care too much what others think [20:54]
- We are all unique! Let's focus on creating a relationship with yourself [28:37]
