All feelings and emotions serve a purpose for us. When we allow the feeling to process and give us the information that we need, then we can use it to head in the direction we're meant to be going. It can feel really uncomfortable to feel emotions that make us uncomfortable - but that’s only because we allow it to make us feel that way. Instead, we really need to center in on what that emotion is telling us and why. So when it comes to people pleasing, what is that emotion really trying to say?
