If you’ve baked all the bread, then proceeded to eat it all. If you’ve ate every chip in the house, including the ones you’ve hid from the family during this pandemic then you’ve likely succumbed to emotional eating. We’re all guilty of it. Food brings comfort, whether it’s the feeling that comes from digging into a giant bowl of pasta or the high of overdosing on a box of chocolates, many of us have ate our feelings and maybe even some of our friends and family’s feelings too. Meet Christine McPhail from The Hopewell Eating Disorder Support Centre.
